ELIGIBILITY: Senior NTPGA Members and Apprentices, plus 2006 NTPGA Senior Associate Members (other professionals and amateurs).
RULES: Play will be governed by the 2006 USGA Rules of Golf. Questions shall be settled by the designated Rules Committee, whose decision shall be final.
FORMAT: The Team Championship at Tangle Ridge Golf Club will be contested at Four-Ball Stroke Play over 36 holes. Eighteen holes each day. The field will be repaired according to first round scores.
DIVISIONS: Pro-Pro / Am-Am: (1) Overall Professionals; (2) Overall Amateurs; (3) Professional Age Groups [50-57, 58-65 and 66 & Up]; (4) Amateur Age Groups [50-57, 58-65 and 66 & Up]. Note: Teams will compete in the age group of the youngest team member. A professional and amateur cannot play together. Every effort will be made to pair contestants without partners with other individuals.
ENTRY FEE: $300.00 per team / $150.00 individual (includes green, cart, and range fees, buffet dinner and awards). Refunds will not be granted after Saturday, May 20, 5:00 p.m. CDT. To withdraw, contact the Northern Texas PGA Section office prior to this time. There will be a $25.00 administration fee per player for cancellations prior to the above date.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entry forms shall be returned to the Northern Texas PGA via mail, facsimile, overnight carrier or in person, prior to Thursday, May 18, 5:00 p.m. CDT. The field is limited to the first 60 teams. Applications late or incomplete will not be accepted.
START TIMES: Round one will commence with a 12:00 p.m. shotgun and round two with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun. A food & beverage function will follow the play of round one and awards will follow round two.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Discounted practice rounds will be available Monday-Sunday (after 1:00 p.m. Fri.-Sun.), May 15-22, at a rate of $28.00 for players who have registered to compete in the event. Please contact the golf shop for tee times.
DRESS CODE: All contestants will be allowed to wear golf shorts (Bermuda length) during events and practice rounds. However, we encourage NTPGA Members, Apprentices and other professionals to wear slacks when reasonable. Jeans, cutoff shorts and shirts without collars are not considered appropriate attire.

1. From downtown, take 35 E south.
2. Take 67 south toward Cleburne.
3. Continue on 67 south and travel past I-20 and Beltline Road.
4. Exit Lake Ridge Parkway and turn right.
5. Continue about two miles and turn left @ Park Ridge.
6. Park Ridges runs straight into Tangle Ridge Golf Course.
